Mike started his career as a high school business teacher and to this day still considers himself a teacher! Originally from Boston, he decided after teaching for over ten years, to open his own business. In fact, over the last twenty years Mike has owned and operated three different but very successful business operations. His last business attracted the attention of a major retail firm who eventually bought the business. In 2003 this firm contracted with Mike for him to train and teach all of their managers in Florida on his marketing and sales systems.

As a social media strategist, John focuses on consumer engagement and influence. He thrives on building relationships and helping others understand the power of social media. John has developed social and mobile strategies that have increased ROI, sparked consumer engagement, and strengthened brand awareness.
As former Marketing and Internet Development Manager for Produce for Kids, John implemented a complete website redesign last spring that increased website visits from 10,000 to 60,000 and developed a social media strategy resulting in more than 3,000 fans and followers. These efforts have contributed to raising nearly $3 million in donations for Children’s Miracle Network® and PBS KIDS®.
Anna M. Avola, DMD
Dental Business Consultant
Dr. Avola is originally from Boston where she received her dental degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. After relocating to Naples, Florida, she opened and managed a private clinical practice in family dentistry. Additionally, Dr. Avola became a dental consultant at Moorings Park Nursing Home, where she built a second dental facility and taught in-service programs on providing oral care for their elderly patients. In 2001 she received her gerontology certification from Florida Gulf Coast University and in 2009 a Master’s degree in Health Studies.
She is active in various organizations including the American Dental Association, the Florida Dental Association, American Association of Medical Assistants and the National Academic Honor and Professional Society in Gerontology.
Robert A. Roller
Internet & Business Consultant
Robert spent much of his career at Digital Equipment Corporation in southern New Hampshire. He held positions in sales management, marketing & operations management and as a marketing communications executive. After leaving Digital he was one of the founders of Quantic Communications which was at the time the largest marketing communications company in New England.
He retired from that company in 1994 and moved to his current home in Naples, Florida. Not content to bask in the sun, he ventured into the executive suite business and also built a substantial consulting business. From there he started BCS Webs, a web development & hosting business serving the Naples community and later merged that company with a large web developer in Tennessee.
He continues working with all types of businesses helping them with marketing, Internet & financial challenges.
